Online Counselling Services
Right now is a really difficult time with COVID-19 and the horrible tragedy that has happened in our province. I’ve switched to online and phone counselling to be able to offer support and help during these unprecedented times. I typically help teenagers and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, and depression. And aren’t we dealing with A LOT of these issues during lockdown! By using solution focused, narrative, collaborative, and strength based therapies, I’ll help you manage and cope with grief, self-isolation, and the pandemic.
